North Sea flows

* A VLCC, Athina, whose cargo of North Sea crude includes Forties, has departed from anchor at Southwold offshore the UK to China this week, according to shipping data.

* In addition, the Gener8 Neptune was expected to take January-loading Forties to Asia following the New Triumph and Maran Capricorn sailing to Singapore and South Korea.

* In addition, the VLCC Athina whose cargo of North Sea crude includes Forties has departed from anchor at Southwold offshore the UK to China, according to shipping data.

North Sea flows

* A third VLCC in January, the Gener8 Neptune, is due to take Forties to Asia following the New Triumph and Maran Capricorn sailing to Singapore and South Korea respectively. The tanker is currently loading at Hound Point for BP, Reuters ship-tracking data shows.

* Two more VLCCs for Asia are due to load in early February. Shell has fixed the Sandra to load Forties on Feb. 8 for South Korea, according to Reuters fixtures. The Alice is expected to load North Sea crude for South Korea on Feb. 1 for Glencore, according to a separate shipping list and trading source.
